How long will my order take to arrive?

It can range from 2-7 working days, depending on product availability and your choice of the vast delivery options available and where you reside. Please view further delivery.

Order processing take between 1-2 working days. The delivery timelines vary per province, as listed below.

What do I if I don't receive my order?

Please alert us via telephone or email. We will track your order and give you update on the progress of your goods.

What are my delivery option?

We strive to dispatch deliveries daily to destinations within Johannesburg and surrounding areas. Deliveries to areas outside Johannesburg will be made the next morning.

Please note that Bonnets, Cradles and other Large Parts will incur an additional delivery cost. The cost is on average about R150 for a  depending on the area and the parcel size, the cost will be stated in your cart before you proceed to payment. Please call us if you not sure on anything.

Courier: This is a door-to-door service. This will be done through either of the following courier companies Fastway, Aramex, DSV or TheCourierGuy

Delivery Times: This timeline is only applicable once the parts has left our JHB store (processing of orders take 1-2 working days):

 

  • To Gauteng: 1 - 2 Working Days
  • To Main Centres (CTN, DBN, PE): 2 - 3 Working Days
  • To Regional Areas: 3 - 5 Working Days
  • To Remote Areas: 5 - 7 Working Days

Speed service: This is a service completed through the South African post-office. Once the order reaches us, we scan and package the item/s. From there it is sent to your nearest post office. Details on tracking & timing will be included in your delivery notification e-mail.

Postnet to Postnet: This is a service completed through Postnet. Once the order reaches us, we scan and package the item/s. From there it is sent to your chosen Postnet store. Pricing is dependant on the parcel size and weight. Details on tracking & timing will be included in your delivery notification e-mail.

Collect from our Store We do offer  an option for you to collect your order from our store in Maraisburg Johannesburg. Payment needs to be completed online or via EFT prior to collection. Our team will send you confirmation once your order is ready for collection.

Collection hours: Weekdays 08:30am to 5:30pm and Saturdays 08:30am to 2:00pm

When do you deliver?

The couriers only deliver on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 08h00 - 17h00.

Can you deliver after hours & on weekends?

Unfortunately not. We are however working on it for the Gauteng region.

Can you deliver on public holidays? 

Unfortunately not, our courier services do not operate on public holidays
